2. Services and Subscriptions

Soualium provides weekly high-fidelity market forecasts and price action analysis inspired by market structure rules:

Billing and Renewal: Paid plans (Monthly and Annual) grant unrestricted access to the analytics reports. Billing and subscriptions are securely processed and automatically renewed through our merchant provider (Whop).
7-Day Free Access: We offer 7 days of free access before any payment is charged. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the free access period ends.
No Refunds After Payment: Once a payment has been initiated or completed, it is final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds after any payment has been made.
Cancellation Policy: You may request or apply to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, so your next scheduled payment will not be charged after the cancellation is processed. Since all subscriptions and payments are handled via Whop, you can cancel directly through your Whop buyer dashboard (whop.com) or by contacting our official Telegram support (t.me/soualium_support).

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our website and services solely for lawful, personal purposes. Under no circumstances may you:

Republish, resell, license, or commercially exploit any content, analysis, or reports from Soualium without prior written consent.
Employ automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction scripts to harvest proprietary charts or analytical summaries.
Register accounts using false, misleading, or stolen identities.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform materials, including but not limited to text, reports, chart layouts, source codes, logos, trademarks, and design structures are the exclusive intellectual property of Soualium and are protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized replication is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Soualium, its founders, and its content providers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses arising out of your reliance on the reports or technical analyses provided. Trading outcomes are solely your own risk and liability.

6. Revisions and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We also reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service. Revisions are immediately effective upon being posted here.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within appropriate judicial courts.
